There are two public mailing lists for the Scout Portal Toolkit, SPT-CWIS-Users, for discussion and questions by SPT users, and SPTAnnounce, which is a low-volume list for announcements about the Scout Portal Toolkit.

You can join the user discussion list through the SPT-CWIS-Users subscription page, and you can sign up for the announcements list through the SPTAnnounce subscription page.

You can view prior postings to the user discussion list in the SPT-CWIS-Users Archives. Entries prior to May 2004 can be found in the old SPTUsers Archives or CWISUsers Archives for the SPT Users and CWIS Users lists respectively.

Since the Scout Portal Toolkit is a free software package and the Internet Scout Project is a non-profit academic organization, we can't provide corporate-style technical support, but we're happy to answer questions and provide assistance as time permits.
